Two high-surge metal-oxide 300Ω 2W resistors for imported Hakko FR301-81 and FR301-82 desoldering guns. The ceramic heater tolerates 120V. The internal vacuum pump does not — on a US outlet it spins about 20% fast and burns out. Installed in parallel at R20 and R21, these two resistors form a 150Ω drop that puts the pump back on its 100V rails. KOA Speer flame-retardant parts, packed flat on cardboard inside a padded mailer so the leads stay straight.
