Orders

All products are small-batch and made or assembled by hand. Orders are typically packed within 2 business days. If an item is out of stock or a run sells out, we will contact you to offer a waitlist spot, a substitute, or a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in USD and include any advertised discounts at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from the United States. NFC tags ship as letter mail. Other orders ship USPS Ground in the US and a flat rate abroad. The Hakko conversion kit ships free in the United States. US shipping is free over $75. You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or dead on arrival, email trent@randware.us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you — your choice. Because products are hand-assembled in small runs, we may ask for a photo to help us catch process issues.
